Client Case Study EB Sanders - When I Grow Up
Client Case Study EB Sanders - When I Grow Up Um, do you know that Ive coached hundreds of women since I started offering dream career guidance in 2008? And that these women are freakin rock stars, leaving soul-sucking jobs and traveling the world and launching creative, grown-up businesses and simply doing work that fits their lifestyle goals? Well ya do now and youll hear their stories firsthand in my Client Case Studies series! Im here today with my first Part 2 of a Client Case Study and I couldnt be more pleased! EB Sanders was first featured here last December (read it right here) and she became a Woman of the World (aka full-time entrepreneur) just a few weeks later. Im so happy to have this current Build Your Client Base-er give you another peek into what her career coaching business looks like almost a full year into working on it full time. Goodness abounds! When we last spoke, you were about to quit your day job to go all in as a career coach. Is your business the same as it was back then, or has anything evolved? When we last spoke I was building the foundations of my business now it is growing and evolving in all sorts of ways. Lets talk wins! What have you been most proud of in your business since we last featured you? I have been most proud of being fully booked out with 1:1 clients! Hence the need to grow and evolve! Have there been any long-term takeaways from our work together? There have been. Long-term outlook is my long-term takeaway. While, yes, you need to be on top of this weeks marketing campaign, understanding how this week fits into your whole year of planning isnt just a nice idea its imperative. Whats the best piece of advice you can give to someone transitioning from being a newbie business owner into a more seasoned or accomplished business owner? The best advice I can give is to listen to other business owners BUT to do it your way. Theyve done a lot of the trial and error for you! Listen to their advice really listen and then implement it in a way that feels good for you. Their success wont be your success if you try to copy everything they do your success will come from being 100% you and doing things the way you feel good about. Is there anything thats been a game-changer for you when it comes to your business that you can share? Wed love a good resource or a mindset/productivity tip! Game-changing tip? Get yourself a multi-tasking software. These days, for ~$25 a month you can get an accounting system, CRM, calendar, email marketing and more all wrapped up in one handy program. Basically do more with less! Whats on the horizon for your business? Wed love to hear about any upcoming offerings or goals! Something I JUST launched is my small group coaching. Im so incredibly excited about it because it allows women who may not be able to/ready for 1:1 coaching get some serious help from me along with a super small group of like-minded, supportive women who are going through really similar challenges.
